Well.

I've been in vacation for almost two weeks now. Totally and completely free, just the way I've been looking forward to. Every single day before I had to turn in my final project (which kind of bombed, by the way - not that I'm failing the class or anything, but it was still unpleasant) I dreamed about how much I'd draw, lo and behold, actually color something in Photoshop. It's been a while.

Of course, life and an artblock had to get in the way. Do you know those times you hate everything you come up with and actually start to get tired of your style? Right now, that's where I am. Or was. I actually think moments like this are essential for an artist to improve, so right now I'm a mix of frustrated and productive.

Anyway, I'm past that. Kind of. Somewhere along the line, I created a last.FM [link] and a LiveJournal (which I will be sharing when I post something actually relevant), found Ingrid Michaelson, learned to play Le Matin on the piano [link] bought the special edition of Wall-e and watched Milk.

And life goes on.

Something I've wanted to do for a while. I want to draw other people's characters, or even non-characters-but-interesting-stuff-none-the-less, whatever. I want to be able to do comissions some day, and I really have never done anything to warm up to them. So, I'm opening up 5 slots - not more because, honestly, I'm afraid I won't be able to fill these. However, this goes better than I expect, I may open up more slots.

I don't care if you've never commented on anything of mine, or if I have no idea who you are, go for it. Also, only on sketch per person, please.

(I actually owe ~thanoodles three drawings, but. I don't feel prepared for them yet. Must. Get. Better. ;_; )
